Booking

A $100 deposit is required to book a package. Clients are required to pay the remaining balance two weeks prior to the start of services during our Teleconsult appt. Failure to fulfill payment will result in No refund. Clients are eligible for a one time transfer of deposit if surgery is rescheduled to a later date By the surgical center. Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Cash payments are not accepted. All deposits are non-refundable. Surgeries

In advance will grant a One time transfer deposit for future date.

Refunds

Payments towards Packages are only refundable if the procedure is cancelled by the surgery center due to failure to meet medical clearance. No refunds apply in any case for deposits but transfer
Is allowed X1 for switching dates Two weeks prior due to surgical center needs or patient’s emergencies. NO Refund policy otherwise. All deposits are final.

Surgery Dates

Time of service starts once the patient receives
Care from Day0 meaning on surgery date.

Parking

All Parking Fees are the responsibility
Of the client and Invoice will occur Before Surgery date for which upon start of service all related parking fees are covered to have our top team as well taking care Of to meet your post surgical needs.

Traveling

We are based out of Florida and primarily offer our services in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Naples. Areas per free consultation open to discussion.
